Frequently asked questions about returns

 

  • I would like to return something – how do I do that?

All important information regarding returns can be found directly on your delivery note. Please proceed as described on the delivery note: vintage-vogue.de/retoure


  • I sent a return. Has it arrived yet?

Please note that we do not have the tracking number for your return shipment. Therefore, you can check the delivery status directly in your shipment tracking at any time.

Since we, as a shipping company, process many packages daily, it's not possible to send a manual confirmation of receipt for every single return. However, you will automatically receive an email as soon as your return has been processed.


  • When will I receive my refund?

We process all returns in the order they are received. This usually takes 1–3 business days after your return arrives. Once your return has been received, inspected, and processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued. Please allow us some time for this processing.


Only when more than 7 days since delivery have passed and you still no response If you have received, please write to us via the Contact form – then we will of course review the matter immediately.

  • The item I ordered doesn't fit, can I exchange it?

You can also find this information on the delivery note: If you would like an item in a different size, please simply reorder the desired size.

We don't offer standard exchanges. Our products are exclusive, produced in small batches, and very popular, so they sell quickly – our stock levels change constantly. To avoid disappointment and ensure you receive your desired item, please reorder the correct size directly.

The return of the unsuitable item is carried out as usual via our returns portal or according to the information on the delivery note.

  • I received a defective item.

In order to process the case quickly, we need:

  • Your order number 

  • Clear photos showing the defect

  • Additionally, a photo showing the entire product with the defect is clearly visible.
