withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Vintage Vogue GmbH, Karlstraße 8, 23554 Lübeck, in**@***********ue.de, Telephone: 045170727720) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do so by Sample cancellation form use, but this is not mandatory.
If you exercise this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel your purchase contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of the purchase contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
Return costs
You only bear the direct costs of returning the goods if you are shipping outside of Germany.
Returns within Germany are free of charge, provided there is only one return per order. From the second return onwards for a single order, a fee of €5.95 will be charged for the return label, which will be deducted from the refund amount. You can Create a return label here.
Returns should generally not be sent to us freight collect. Should a return be made freight collect, the costs incurred, such as penalty postage and any DHL service fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; for the supply of newspapers, magazines and illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts – for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, – for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
