What materials are used?
Cotton
Cotton fabric is made from the seed hairs of the cotton plant (Gossypium). Cotton is significantly more absorbent than synthetic fibers. The material can absorb up to 65% of liquid. However, cotton fabric takes a long time to dry. To make cotton crease-resistant, the fibers are twisted during spinning, and synthetic fibers are mixed in.
polyester
Made from hydroxycarboxylic acids (hydrogen, oxygen, carbon) or dicarboxylic acids (acids with carbon) and dialcohols. Polyester stretches very little, making it very shape-retaining and wrinkle-resistant. The fibers absorb very little moisture, so the fabric dries quickly, which is a benefit for your skin.
viscose
Viscose is a chemically produced fiber that visually resembles cotton. Despite the chemical process, it is incorrect to describe viscose as a synthetic fiber, as it is made from natural cellulose. Viscose products are easier to wash than cotton products, and ironing or electric drying are usually unnecessary. Wash, hang, and wear.
